2010


Salani Investment formed in 2010 by Husband and Wife: Abby Ngonyama and Lucia Ngonyama, as a Construction and Property Development Company. Bringing their expertise in the Public and Private sector Build Environment.

2011


In the year 2011 Salani Investment receive its first Contract Appointed by CICAM Project Agency for the Construction of Malitlhogonolo Stimulation Centre, in Emalahleni Mpumalanga funded by Glencore.

2011


Salani receive its first CIDB grading of 3 GB PE and 1 CE PE.

2015


In realigning our Strategy, Salani Investment was broken-down in to two Companies, to streamline its position and for each entity to focus on its objectives. Salani Group was formed, which focuses primarily in Construction and Bann Property Group formed to focuses in Property Development.

2016


Through steady growth since established, CIDB rose to grade: 6GB PE, 5 CE PE, 5 EP PE and still growing.

2018


We received our biggest contract to date, which was in Joint Venture with Sinapi Global, from Mogalakwena Local Municipality for the Construction of Phase 2A Bulk water Supply Zone 1-Gravity Bulk. Tender no: 05-2017/18

2020


We celebrate our 10th year anniversary and still going strong, we are building more Luxury homes, building more Infrastructure from Water Supply to Roads, contributing to Infrastructure Development, Employing about 50 people. We are looking forward at Upgrading our CIDB to Grade 7 CE PE and 7 GB PE.



Abby Ngonyama

Chief Executive Officer


Is the Co-Founder and CEO of Salani Group with more than 19 years of experience in the Build Environment Industry. Having worked in deference roles from Site Agent, to Project Manager, to Chairman and CEO, he has shown some Exceptional Leadership in Project Management, Business Management and Business Branding at the Senior Level. He has proven to be great Leader who makes things happen and great negotiation skills.

Work Experience:
  • Bejani Construction- as a Site Agent from January 2001 to August 2001.
  • ADI Consulting Engineers- as a Project Manager from September 2001 to July 2006.
  • CICAM Consulting Engineers- as Co-Founder and CEO from July 2006 to September 2010.
  • Salani Group – Co-Founder and CEO from October 2010 to date.
  • Bann Property Group – Executive Chairman from July 2017 to date.


Lucia Ngonyama

Director Finance


Is the Co-Founder of Salani Group, with more that 10 years in Construction experience, her responsibility includes Managing Finances of the company and Human Resource of the organisation. She holds a Diploma in Interior Design, and Certificate in Project Management.

  • Eskom- as Intern doing Project Management, from 2005 to 2008.
  • TMN Projects as CEO, from 2008 to 2012
  • Salani Group – Director from 2010 to date
  • Bann Property Group – 2017 to date


Lazarus Lubisi

Marketing Executive


Lazarus’s carrier started in 2003 where he worked in the Music industry for 7 years and done deferent roles, from being an artist to Song writer, Composer, Produce, Promoter and Sound Engineer and Marketing. His experience in Marketing gave him an opportunity to switch to Construction in 2010, where he has had Marketing roles in deferent Construction Companies.
